Real Copperhead Snake Skull

Although venomous, these snakes are generally not aggressive and bites are rarely fatal. This species is capable of vibrating its tail in excess of 40 times per second faster than almost any other non-rattlesnake snake species. Copperheads may release a cucumber-smelling musk if touched.
