Are your animal skulls and bones ethically sourced?
Yes, Skulls Unlimited is committed to ethical sourcing. The majority of our specimens are salvaged from natural deaths, legal hunting practices, or are by-products of the food industry.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location within the United States, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via UPS or USPS.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship internationally; however, many osteological specimens require CITES permits or specific export documentation. Please contact our international sales team to verify if a product can be shipped to your country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cleaned specimens or 'as-is' real bone items may be subject to a restocking fee or excluded from returns.
How do I care for my real bone specimens?
Real bone should be kept in a climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Dusting with a soft brush or compressed air is recommended; never use bleach or harsh chemicals for cleaning.
Are your products legal to own?
All products sold by Skulls Unlimited are legal to possess according to federal law at the time of sale. However, state laws regarding specific species (like black bears or migratory birds) vary, so we recommend checking your local regulations.
